The classes are recorded and the next day you will have them available in the virtual classroom. In addition, before and after the course you will be able to resolve your doubts in the streaming tutorials each week.

With the PER title you will be able to take pleasure boats of up to 24 meters, motorized and sailing, depending on the practices you do.

The online didactic material contains the PER study guide with the keys to pass the exam, detailed explanations, sample exams and much more.

In addition, you can include the briefcase with extra didactic material for chart exercises: Nautical charts, protractor, tide yearbook...

Method and structure of the PER Online course during the week

If you want to pass the PER exam, with scheduled streaming classes, an instructor will guide you for 4 weeks so that you can easily assimilate and understand the agenda.

How to follow the PER Online course during the week

You can sign up for the PER theoretical course for the dates that suit you, and from today you can access the online course platform to review the agenda before starting classes.

  • Online courses with classes at 10:00 or 19:00.
  • During classes your instructor will explain the syllabus step by step.
  • You will be able to solve specific doubts in streaming tutorials.
  • All classes and tutorials are recorded, so you can see them again as many times as you want.

On the online course platform you will find all the theoretical content, videos of complete classes, thematic videos, exams, online tests and recordings of classes and tutorials. We recommend you prepare each topic in advance and answer all your questions with the instructor. Here are some tips:

  • Read the agenda.
  • Do tests.
  • Review the exams.
  • Watch the thematic videos at aula.escolaport.com.
  • Participate in streaming tutorials.
  • If you are doing well, we recommend doing the practices simultaneously, it will help you better understand the theory.

PER exam

In 2023 in Catalonia there will be 9 face-to-face PER exams, one every month, except in January, August and October.

At EscolaPort we schedule theoretical courses, face-to-face or via streaming, every month, on dates close to each call.

Deadlines

You can sign up for the exam up to 20 days before each call.

You can complete the practices before or after the exam.

Documentation

  • Valid ID, residence card or passport.
  • Completed exam registration form.

Additional Information

  • The exam is usually done on a weekend, in a public institute.
  • A few days before each call, the provisional list of admitted students is published.
  • You choose the call, but until the list is published you will not know the place, day and time that you must take the exam.
  • The final list of those admitted will be published before 12 noon the day before the test.
  • In the exam, only the theoretical contents are evaluated, the practices are evaluated by the school.
  • If you delegate your registration for the exam to EscolaPort, we will do the procedures, follow-up, incident management and you will receive by email: reminders, solution template, list of admitted students and results.

If you have passed the exam and completed the practices, you will be able to issue your PER title.

Term

You have a maximum of 24 months to issue the title, counted from the date you pass the exam or complete the practices (whichever you did first).

Documentation

  • Valid ID, residence card or passport.
  • Receipt of payment of the corresponding fee.
  • Nautical Medical Certificate carried out in Driver Recognition Centers (CRC).
    • It is not necessary if less than 2 years have passed since the date of issue of a previous title.
    • If you carry out the procedure on your own, the medical certificate must be provided in digital format through the application for the issuance of certificates of nautica.gencat.cat
    • If you delegate the issuance process to EscolaPort, you must present the original document to the school.

Este fin de semana hemos hecho las prácticas de vela y la verdad es que ha sido una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Desde las embarcaciones hasta los instructores. Todo súper bien organizado. Gracias a Charly con la introducción que hicimos con el j80 , y por supuesto a Emi con el Deneb, que no paró de explicar y de hacernos practicar hasta que saliera todo perfecto. Gran implicación.
Nos apuntaremos al club de navegación de Escola Port para ir practicando y perfeccionando los conocimientos.
