- 8 hours of practices in Port Olímpic.
- Insurance, VAT 21 %.
Method and structure of GNP navigation practices
The PNB navigation practices are carried out, every month of the year in the Port Olímpic of Barcelona, aboard one of our RIBs or sailboats up to 15 meters in length.
The practice sessions are carried out on a voyage basis with a rest stop every 4 hours.
You can do them during the week or on the weekend.
Agenda of the PNB navigation practices
The distribution of the total internship time would be divided into nine sections:
- Weather forecast.
- Safety and checks before going out to sea.
- Engine starting and functional checks.
- Review of safety equipment: vests, lifebuoy, pyrotechnic signals.
- Rope management: knot making, mooring use.
- Docking and undock maneuvers.
- Application of the rules of course and government.
- Practical aspects of navigation.
- Security maneuvers.

Once you have passed the exam and completed the practices, you will be able to issue your PY title.
Term
You have a maximum of 24 months to issue the title, counted from the date you pass the exam or complete the practices (whichever you did first).
Documentation
- Valid ID, residence card or passport.
- Receipt of payment of the corresponding fee.
- Nautical Medical Certificate carried out in Driver Recognition Centers (CRC).
- It is not necessary if less than 2 years have passed since the date of issue of a previous title.
- If you carry out the procedure on your own, the medical certificate must be provided in digital format through the application for the issuance of certificates of nautica.gencat.cat
- If you delegate the issuance process to EscolaPort, you must present the original document to the school.

Tengo una opinión muy positiva respecto a la escuela, ya que tanto la organización como el trató, me encantó. La profesora que nos impartió las clases fue muy agradable y explicaba muy bien.
Es cierto que a diferencia de la parte práctica que es super dinámica, la teórica no tanto, especialmente si la haces después de la práctica. Aun así la parte teórica también tenia su parte de dinamismo!
