Basic safety training STCW A-VI/1
Theoretical and practical course in which you will learn about emergency situations on board and prepare you to respond, immediately applying the procedures and actions that minimize possible dangers in matters of firefighting, rescue, survival and accident prevention on board.
70h (45 theory + 25 practices).

PER theory + practices
Theoretical course 20 h:
Face-to-face or streaming, weekdays or weekends.
Practices:
Navigation: 4 p.m.
Radio operator: 12 noon.
Navigation to the Balearic Islands: 24 h.
Sailing: 4:00 p.m.
The PER course includes: streaming tutorials, the entire online syllabus, explanatory videos, exam test, teaching material, mandatory practices and a review class before the exam.
The prices do not include management expenses, such as exam fees, issuance of title, certificate processing, among others.

Solo me queda felicitar a la escuela y sobretodo a mi profesor Martín por la organización y la calidad de las practicas. Da gusto recibir clases de una persona que vive con pasión la navegación y que intenta adaptar las prácticas al interés de los alumnos para sacar el máximo provecho de ellas. Las prácticas en Escola Port están muy bien organizadas y se hacen muy amenas y divertidas. Cierto es que los profesores a parte de hacer broma suelen dar caña, pero en mi opinión así debe ser; se puede pasar un buen rato aprendiendo pero no debemos olvidar que estamos al mando de una embarcación y que hay que prestar atención a cada maniobra. Aprovecho para mandar un fuerte abrazo a Luis, Martín, Jean y Jesús; he disfrutado mucho aprendiendo con vosotros 🙂
