Documentation
- Valid ID, residence card or passport.

Desde el sistema para ver la disponibilidad de prácticas hasta la amplia oferta de frecuencia de las mismas.
El trato de atención al cliente en la llamada inicial fue otro de los aspectos para decantarme por vuestra escuela. En la competencia me atendió una persona que me causó mala sensación en el trato al cliente. Primero contacté con ellos, #######, porque tienen unos vídeos en YouTube que están muy bien y bien posicionados, pero cuando llamé la atención telefónica fue de mala, una pena porque la otra parte sí la habían hecho bien, la de captar la atención al cliente, que es la más complicada.
Los e-mails que enviáis con la información de recordatorio e información de prácticas es muy positivo, facilita las cosas.Las embarcaciones perfecto y el instructor David un 10, si tuviese una empresa que se dedicase a algo similar, le haría una oferta de empleo 🙂 Serio en su trabajo, responsable, conoce muy bien la materia, disfruta con la docencia y marca muy bien las distancias/roles con los alumnos. Desde el punto de vista empresario (que yo lo soy) con lo poco que le conocí, le tendría muy presente para crear un proyecto en torno a él.
Respecto a cosas a mejorar, pero esto es un tema de negocio y no conozco los números, las clases fueron de 9 alumnos y a veces se hacía un poco tedioso repetir las maniobras 9 veces, una vez cada uno. Yo personalmente preferiría pagar más y hacer más tiempo de prácticas reales por cada persona, es decir con menos número de alumnos por barco.
